Vendor Risk Analyst - Operations

About the role

Position Requirements Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred. 3+ years of financial services experience, including risk management and control evaluation, preferred. Experience managing vendor relationships, monitoring performance, and resolving service issues. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with the ability to independently resolve complex issues. Experience identifying, assessing, and mitigating vendor and operational risks. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, changing environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and with external partners. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; Power BI and operational reporting experience preferred.
