Job Description Role: Production Support / Operations Engineer Industry: Healthcare / Medicaid Location: Remote Duration: 12+ Months Experience Needed: 8+ Years   Key Skills: IBM DataPower – Advanced IBM Integration Bus (IIB) – Advanced MOVEit / MFT – Advanced SQL – Advanced Splunk – Advanced Linux & Shell Scripting ServiceNow IBM ACE, MQ, WSRR IBM DataStage & DB2 Responsibilities: Provide production and application support for Medicaid systems. Perform real-time monitoring, incident management, troubleshooting, and RCA. Support MFT, batch jobs, web services, and Linux-based systems. Manage production deployments and operational readiness. Use Splunk and SQL for monitoring and troubleshooting. Develop SOPs and drive automation/continuous improvement. Coordinate with engineering, vendors, and business teams. Experience: Overall: 8+ years in Production/Application Support or IT Operations. US Experience: 3+ years preferred. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Ideal Candidate: Senior Production Support Engineer with strong hands-on experience in IBM DataPower, IIB, MOVEit, SQL, Splunk, Linux, and incident/RCA management.
