As a member of our home care team, you will be valued, respected, and heard PRN work available  We have current job openings for PCA's- Personal Care Assistants  in the following locations: Pay Rate: $16.50/hr.  Asheboro, NC-  M-F Afternoons (12p-4p)  Sat/Sun day hours (9a-3p)  Asheboro NC- Tuesday- Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.  Liberty NC- Tuesdays 3 to 7:00 p.m. and Wednesdays and Fridays 5 to 9:00 p.m. Randleman, NC- E/O Saturday from 9 to 4:00 p.m. Troy NC- Saturdays from 8 to 10:00 a.m. and 6 to 8:00 p.m.     Liberty, NC - 3 days a week after 3pm.  Troy, NC- Saturday evening  BAYADA offers PCA's- Personal Care Assistants: Weekly pay Flexible scheduling to fit your lifestyle  Short commute times – we try to match you to opportunities near your home   Positive work environment and the tools you need to do your job  Scholarship programs A stable working environment – we invest in our care team    Paid time off 24 / 7 on call clinical manager support Qualifications for Personal Care Assistants- PCA's Minimum one year PAID personal care experience   Job Responsibilities for Personal Care Assistants- PCA's: Activities of daily living   Light housekeeping   Bathing   Grooming   Toileting   Nail care   Range of motion / exercises    Oral feeding    Home Management Tasks: laundry, meal preparation, bed making etc.   Assisting with ambulation   Medication assistance   BAYADA recognizes and rewards our PCA's- Personal Care Assistants who set and maintain the highest standards of excellence.
