About the Role The Automated Logic Corporation Operations Internship Program. This internship is designed to expose you to real-world sales processes, business operations, and cross-functional collaboration within a Carrier-owned company. Throughout this program, you’ll rotate through various departments while supporting our sales efforts, gaining a holistic view of how our business operates. This will be a very immersive experience that will challenge you to develop or sharpen your sales skills, while leveraging your technical acumen. Role Responsibilities Shadow Operations, Service, and Sales Support Project Managers on site tasks Role Purpose Learn more about ALCF Learn HVAC Controls through an Operations focus Basic Qualifications Must be a Graduate High School Diploma or GED.  Must be currently enrolled at a Technical School. Must have an overall GPA of 3.0 or higher. Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship. Must have a valid and current Driver’s License Preferred Qualifications Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Able to lift 20lbs Excellent decision-making, problem-solving, and communication skills. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Self-motivated, results-focused, and able to work both independently and in teams.
