The VP will manage strategic planning engagements with a focus on retail strategy development and organize and oversee same site growth through acquisition of new patients, physician engagement, clinical program development and expansion. The VP will also monitor the regional competitive environment and co-develop and report on local market metrics and targets for growth, strategic positioning and physician alignment and recruitment. The position will report to the Senior Vice President, Strategy and Business Development, and collaborate with hospital presidents and key leadership, physician enterprise executives and HMH joint venture partners.
