UX Design Intern

About the role

The Allied Solutions internship program is a robust and consistent internship program for juniors and seniors. The program will focus on learning and development as well as hands-on experience. The program will immerse the intern into a broad range of responsibilities, allowing you to execute projects within your area of professional interests. Interested applicants must be available during the 12-week program (May 17th – Aug. 6th, 2027). This is a full-time internship (40-hours per week) based at our headquarters in Carmel, IN. The UX Design Intern will directly assist the UXLab with a wide range of projects related to User-Centered Design and Human Computer Interaction. In this position, the intern will gain a better understanding of the role and gain hands on experience for them to be better prepared to work in User Experience. Job Duties and Responsibilities Identify, plan, and conduct user research methods for various client-facing and non-   client-facing projects   Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to inform UX/UI recommendations   Present research findings to internal stakeholders   Create low/high fidelity wireframes for upcoming applications   Work with front-end to build and manage prototypes   Run technical validation meetings with wireframes     Qualifications (Education, Experience, Certifications & KSA )   Currently enrolled in undergraduate program as rising Junior or Senior, pursuing a degree in User Experience, Informatics, Marketing, or related field   Must have prepared portfolio to present for interviews    Ability to manage deadlines   Ability to multitask   Strong written and oral communication skills   Ability to prioritize     The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by people assigned to this job.
