Job Title Technical Specialist I Job Category Information Technology Job Description What starts with YOU moves the world!     Hyster-Yale Materials Handling, Inc., a world-class manufacturer of industrial lift trucks, has an outstanding opportunity for an exceptional and talented   entry-level   Technical   Specialist I   based at our   Berea, KY   location.     What you will do:   Install, develop, monitor, troubleshoot, and support assigned technical systems, with a primary focus on.NET application needs, including applications developed in Visual Studio and SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS).   Follow established standards to ensure consistency, cost-effectiveness, and continuous improvement.   Provide   timely   support to supervisors in resolving issues during crisis situations.   Communicate regularly and collaborate with other technology groups.   Support process, capability, and cost-saving improvements while managing assigned work tasks with supervisor guidance.     Who you are:   A collaborative team member who communicates clearly with business partners, IT analysts, supervisors, and other technology groups.   A curious and adaptable learner who is eager to build technical knowledge, ask thoughtful questions, and apply feedback.   A detail-oriented problem solver who can analyze issues, follow established procedures, and support practical solutions.   A dependable contributor who manages assigned tasks responsibly, keeps others informed, and follows through on commitments.   A continuous-improvement mindset with the ability to   identify   opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and the overall user experience.     What you will need:   Education:   Bachelor’s degree preferred.   Experience:   0 – 2 years of experience.     Skills, Experience & Abilities:   Basic technical troubleshooting and issue-resolution skills.   Basic  .Net   development   skill s.   Knowledge of technical installation, monitoring, repair, testing, and implementation processes.   Ability to review specifications, document issues, and support root-cause analysis.   Proficiency   with Microsoft Office applications and standard computer tools.   Ability to follow technical procedures,   maintain   accurate   records, and support continuous improvement activities.     Who we are:   Hyster-Yale Materials Handling, Inc., designs, engineers, manufactures,   sells   and services a comprehensive line of lift trucks, aftermarket parts and technology and energy solutions that are transforming the way the world moves materials from Port to Home.
