Technology Delivery Leader Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Technology Delivery Leader to drive the successful execution of large-scale technology initiatives and complex cross-functional programs. This role requires a strong background in Agile delivery, program coordination, stakeholder management, and release execution. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Scaled Agile practices and be responsible for ensuring planning, execution, testing, release management, and delivery activities are effectively coordinated across multiple teams. The role requires close partnership with Product, Engineering, Architecture, Quality Engineering, and Business stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of strategic technology initiatives. Key Responsibilities Agile Delivery Leadership Lead and coordinate large, complex technology programs and delivery initiatives. Promote and champion Agile principles, Scrum values, and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) practices across teams. Ensure delivery teams are aligned with organizational objectives and strategic priorities. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, collaboration, and transparency. Coach and mentor teams on Agile best practices, delivery excellence, and operational effectiveness. Planning & Execution Lead planning preparation and execution activities for large-scale initiatives. Coordinate roadmap planning, dependency management, milestone tracking, and release schedules. Ensure alignment between business objectives, product roadmaps, and technology delivery plans. Drive execution of initiatives while proactively identifying and mitigating risks. Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to remove impediments and accelerate delivery. Utilize metrics, delivery data, and team feedback to continuously improve planning accuracy and execution effectiveness. Program & Portfolio Management Manage multiple concurrent initiatives, ensuring alignment across business and technology organizations. Track program health, delivery progress, dependencies, risks, and key performance indicators. Ensure accountability and transparency across all delivery streams. Provide governance and reporting mechanisms to support executive decision-making. Coordinate strategic initiatives that span multiple teams, platforms, and functions. Release Management & Quality Oversight Lead release management activities to ensure successful deployment of technology solutions. Coordinate end-to-end testing efforts across multiple teams and workstreams. Ensure quality standards, testing practices, and delivery controls are consistently applied. Support incident management, release readiness reviews, and production deployment planning. Drive adoption of best practices for delivery governance, operational stability, and risk management. Communication & Stakeholder Management Communicate delivery objectives, plans, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders at all levels. Develop visibility into work progress through dashboards, reports, and executive updates. Facilitate discussions among business leaders, product teams, architects, and engineering teams. Manage stakeholder expectations and drive alignment on priorities and delivery commitments. Escalate critical risks, issues, and decisions when necessary. Required Qualifications Education Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field. Professional Experience 7+ years of experience working within Agile software development environments. 3+ years of experience in a Technology Delivery Lead, Release Train Engineer (RTE), Program Delivery Manager, or similar leadership role. Experience managing large-scale enterprise technology initiatives. Proven experience coordinating multiple Agile teams and complex dependencies. Experience with release planning, delivery governance, and program execution. Experience managing enterprise digital transformation initiatives. Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Experience with Agile management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Rally, or similar platforms. Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and modern software delivery practices. This role is ideal for a delivery-focused leader who excels at coordinating complex technology initiatives, driving Agile transformation, and ensuring successful delivery of strategic business and technology outcomes. Compensation, Benefits and Duration Minimum Compensation: USD 37,000 Maximum Compensation: USD 132,000 Compensation is based on actual experience and qualifications of the candidate. The above is a reasonable and a good faith estimate for the role.
