This position offers a strong opportunity for professional growth while representing innovative technology used by clinical leaders in the acute care industry.  Focus: Daily Operations & Driver Coordination  Key Responsibilities  Coordinate daily driver routes, dispatch readiness, and route assignments.   Ensure drivers are prepared for dispatch, including GEOTAB compliance and vehicle/equipment readiness.   Verify beds are properly secured and prepared for safe transport.   Facilitate effective communication between shifts to ensure seamless operational continuity.   Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures and serve as a key point of contact for operational updates.   Support the Manager by providing leadership, guidance, and operational decision-making as needed.   Focus: Inventory, Repairs & Warehouse Operations  Key Responsibilities  Oversee red tag inventory, repair workflow, and the ready line to maintain operational efficiency.   Manage parts inventory and ordering while maintaining budget accountability.   Execute the scrapped bed process and approve equipment transitioning from red tag to green tag status.   Maintain an organized, clean, and safe warehouse environment, including parts inventory.   Coordinate operational updates across teams and locations to support workflow efficiency.   This will be 2nd shift Monday - Friday 2-11pm & every other saturday  What We’re Looking For   Strong leadership and accountability mindset   Ability to communicate effectively across teams and shifts   High attention to detail and commitment to quality   Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities   Commitment to following and reinforcing standard work     Ability to successfully pass a criminal background check and drug screening.    Why Apply   This is an opportunity to grow within Kreg Therapeutics, take on leadership responsibility, and make a direct impact on team performance and patient support outcomes.
