WHAT YOU'LL DO Own recruitment from sourcing to hiring Find candidates for difficult-to-fill positions Proactively source through job boards, social media, referrals, and other channels Screen and interview candidates Work directly with managers to understand hiring needs Manage multiple openings and keep pipelines moving Recommend qualified candidates and help close the hire Continuously improve our recruiting process WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR Proven recruiting / Talent Acquisition experience Strong sourcing skills not just job posting Comfortable recruiting both professional and operational roles Fast, organized, and proactive Strong judgment and communication skills Someone who takes ownership of results THIS IS A RESULTS-DRIVEN ROLE We don't measure success by how many jobs you posted.
