Role reports to: Mngr Retail Customer Logistics Location: North America, United States, New Jersey, Summit Work Location: Hybrid What you will do The Supply Chain Co-op (Jan-Jul 2027) develops leaders within the Supply Chain Management organization of Kenvue and will be responsible for business critical reporting in addition to supporting special projects.  There are multiple open positions across our Supply Chain and Operations teams, all will be based at our Summit, NJ HQ. Innovation and Portfolio Co-op   Demand Planning Co-op   Supply Planning Co-op   Supply Chain Excellence Co-op   Deliver Co-op   Source Co-op  Make Co-op  The Supply Chain Co-op is responsible for gaining hands-on experience in supply chain operations, working closely with supervisors to complete assigned tasks, and integrating academic study with practical on-the-job training:  Key Responsibilities   Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize supply chain processes and improve efficiency  Assist in analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities for cost savings  Support the development and implementation of supply chain strategies to meet business objectives  Participate in inventory management and demand forecasting activities Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the supply chain function  Support supply chain operations  Contribute to the development and implementation of supply chain strategies  Support the coordination of logistics and transportation activities  Engage in continuous learning and professional development opportunities  Present project work and key accomplishments to leadership and Kenvue employees     What we are looking for  Required Qualifications   Candidate must be actively enrolled, pursuing either a Bachelors degree, and be at least a sophomore Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. and must not require sponsorship for employment visa status now or in the future (e.g. H1-B status) Pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field (such as Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Engineering, etc.)  A minimum GPA of 3.0 Cumulative is strongly preferred  Possess a strong interest in supply chain management  Demonstrate problem-solving skills and attention to detail  Ability to work effectively in a team environment  Candidate must be able to work full time (40 hours per week) during the duration of the co-op position Hybrid role based in Summit, NJ. Candidate must have reliable transportation to and from work    Desired Qualifications   Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions  Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (experience with V-Lookups, Pivot tables, etc.)  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members; proven leadership ability  Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines  Passion for learning and a proactive attitude towards professional development  Ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives while maintaining a strong sense of urgency   Must be a self-starter with ability to work independently within a matrix environment where tight timelines exist  Willingness to investigate, solve, and leverage data to develop recommendations Ability to identify and implement process improvements Familiarity with supply chain software and tools is a plus The position will pay $22.75 - $26.00/hour based on academic year.
