Supply Chain Planner

About the role

Plan. Coordinate. Deliver. Are you a detail-oriented planner who enjoys solving complex scheduling and supply chain challenges? We're looking for a Supply Chain Planner to help ensure products are manufactured and delivered efficiently while meeting customer expectations. In this role, you'll work closely with Operations, Sales, Materials, Logistics, and Leadership teams to develop production plans, balance capacity, manage priorities, and keep our supply chain running smoothly. What You'll Do • Develop and maintain production and supply plans to support customer demand • Review customer requirements and determine the most efficient manufacturing approach • Coordinate with production, materials, logistics, and vendor partners to ensure on-time delivery • Monitor production schedules and adjust plans to address changing priorities, equipment downtime, or supply issues • Balance workloads, capacity, inventory levels, and resources across operations • Support forecasting and long-range planning efforts • Recommend solutions to improve efficiency, service levels, and operational performance • Participate in cross-functional planning and operations meetings What We're Looking For • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience • 3+ years of experience in supply chain planning, production planning, scheduling, manufacturing, or related fields • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and ERP/planning systems • Excellent communication and collaboration skills • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently Why Join Us? • Make a direct impact on customer satisfaction and operational success • Work with a collaborative and supportive team • Opportunity for growth and professional development • Dynamic manufacturing environment with exciting challenges every day Apply Today!
