Student Marketing and Communications Web Content Assistant

About the role

Description The Web Content Assistant will work with the University Marketing and Communications web team to gain hands-on experience supporting the university’s websites. Responsibilities include updating website content, creating and formatting web pages, editing text, selecting and placing images, and contributing to a variety of web projects. The ideal candidate is curious, detail-oriented and eager to learn, with strong interpersonal and communication skills. Hourly rate: $14 and Class III Qualifications Ability to work independently Strong attention to detail Strong communications (written and verbal) skills Ability to meet deadlines Desire to learn new skills Proficiency with Google Suite Experience with content management systems is preferred but not required HTML experience is preferred but not required  Application Instructions Applicants must submit a resume and cover letter.
