Database and Office Assistant at A Studio in the Woods   NOTE: This is a Federal Work Study Position and candidates must provide proof of work study award before hire.   POSITION SUMMARY  A Studio in the Woods (ASITW), a program of Tulane University, seeks a student employee with work study to assist with database management and general office tasks. Employee will primarily work remotely and occasionally at ASITW or off site events as needed. Duties will include: • Help maintain ASITW database  • Assist with special events for ASITW  • Support the team with follow-up calls to prospective donors • Assist with ASITW office and clerical tasks   Required Qualifications • This is a Federal Work Study Position and candidates must provide proof of work study award before hire. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Proficiency with Mac/PC computers, Microsoft Office programs, database entry and internet skills.   Preferred Qualifications • Familiarity with data entry software. • Willingness to learn new skills. • Attentive to details and able to take initiative. • Transportation by car to occasionally work off campus (preferred, not required)   SCHEDULE –  Remote, approximately 8 hours per week M-F, days and times TBD with student’s schedule. $15/hour.   TO APPLY -  Please include resume and letter of interest in your Waveworks application.
