Job Summary: Leads the delivery of complex, cross-functional strategic initiatives with enterprise impact, ensuring alignment to organizational priorities and measurable outcomes. Oversees multiple initiatives or workstreams, driving integration, prioritization, and execution across stakeholders. Establishes structured approaches to project delivery, governance, and communication to support effective decision-making. Partners with senior leaders to translate strategy into executable plans while managing risk, dependencies, and organizational change. Key Responsibilities: Leads end-to-end delivery of complex initiatives or multiple concurrent workstreams, ensuring alignment to strategic objectives and successful outcomes. Facilitates decision-making and alignment among senior stakeholders by providing structured recommendations, tradeoffs, and status insights. Oversees initiative governance, including timelines, scope, risks, dependencies, and performance metrics to ensure delivery discipline. Integrates efforts across teams by identifying interdependencies, resolving conflicts, and coordinating execution across functions. Establishes and enhances project management standards, tools, and reporting practices to improve consistency and visibility. Coaches and provides guidance to project managers or initiative leads, strengthening delivery capability and consistency across teams. Drives continuous improvement by evaluating initiative performance, incorporating lessons learned, and refining execution practices. Education Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, organizational development, engineering, project management, or a related field, or equivalent experience preferred. Work Experience: 8–10 years of experience in project or program management, operations, or a related field required. Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives and influencing senior stakeholders in a matrixed organization required. Certifications and Licenses: Project Management Professional (PMP), Program Management Professional (PgMP), or Prosci Change Management certification preferred.
