The Sr. Learning Operations Analyst possesses extensive knowledge and expertise in media development, adult learning principles, training methodologies, and emerging trends in the field of learning and development. The Purpose of Your Role As a Sr. Learning Operations Analyst at Liveops, you will be instrumental in advancing our learning and development initiatives. Your role involves creating sophisticated eLearning content, staying updated with industry trends, and implementing cutting-edge learning technologies to enhance the learning experience. You will evaluate new tools, drive process improvements, and provide strategic insights to foster a culture of continuous learning. Additionally, you will mentor team members, share your expertise, and contribute to the team's growth and the effectiveness of our learning programs. The Qualifications We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience Degree or certification in Instructional Design, Education/Educational Technology, Design preferred Minimum 5 years industry experience Knowledge of learning design and visual impact on retention Proficiency in learning technologies and content alignment with learner needs Expertise in Storyline, Captivate, Camtasia, Adobe Creative Suite, HTML 5, and video editing software Advanced Storyline skills in triggers and variables Demonstrated experience in video editing and creation Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of development software skills Ability to perform QA on digital media Familiarity with JavaScript editing Excellent communication, organizational, and attention to detail The Competencies You Bring Conceptual Thinking Data Gathering and Analysis Problem Solving, Business Acumen, and Use of Technical/Functional Expertise The Value You Deliver Partner with Instructional Designers to finalize module development Utilize text-to-speech audio tools to create and synchronize narration/character audio Perform a rigorous Quality Assurance check of all content bound for agent consumption Create new, client-branded Storyline and Rise templates for use in agent certification Use available agent survey data and Business Intelligence (BI) tools to identify and resolve development-related issues Encourage a culture of innovation by engaging in open and collaborative discussions with others Research and explore innovative learning methodologies, emerging technologies, and multimedia resources that may enhance the effectiveness and engagement of the agent learning experience Expand the technical boundaries of department learning development tools through the creation of advanced interactions, animations, simulations, branching scenarios, templates, and gamification Provide support, answer questions, and offer guidance on all development-related matters Be available to provide additional opportunities for training, coaching, or mentoring Proactively identify development-related issues and provide specific feedback when required Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the continuous improvement of learning development processes and tools Demonstrate professionalism, integrity, and a strong work ethic in all work Essential Job Functions Essential functions are the fundamental, crucial job duties that an employee must be able to perform, with or without reasonable accommodation.
