Duties are typically clerical in nature and include coordinating communication, documentation, scheduling, payment, and reimbursement. Work may involve running errands to ensure clients’ needs for clothing, food, and personal documents are met. They assist clients in identifying and obtaining benefits and services.  As necessary, they may conduct home checks to ensure compliance with child welfare standards. These positions often act as a point-of-contact for medical and legal professionals associated with cases. Mandatory overtime may be required, and the use of a personal vehicle for travel is necessary.  Perform related work as required. Licensure/Certifications: None. Experience:  Two (2) years of full-time or equivalent part-time work experience. Special Requirements: Valid driver’s license. Internal Applicants Only: One (1) year of full-time or equivalent part-time experience as a Social Service Case Aide.
