Job Summary Job Summary As a Senior Product Manager, you will manage key features across our identity security products, including Palo Alto Networks Cloud Identity Engine and User-ID, to ensure robust identification, authorization, authentication, and posture management across cloud and on-premise networks. Your Career In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional engineering, field teams, and external customers to develop proactive upgrade strategies, present product solutions, and drive feature adoption. Work Location: 3000 Tannery Way, Santa Clara, CA 95054 (Telecommuting may be permitted. When not telecommuting, must report to worksite.) Your Impact Manage key features across our identity security product, including experience with: Palo Alto Networks Cloud Identity Engine and User-ID, identifying a user on a network. Oversee Authorization: Management of users, groups, devices, and attributes across on-premise and cloud directories. Oversee Authentication: NTLM, RADIUS, Kerberos, LDAP auth, SAML, OIDC, FIDO2, Passkeys. Manage Identity security: user-based risk modeling with security Risk and posture management across Identity providers, endpoints, and SaaS applications. Handle Secrets vault, Just-in-time access, Zero Trust, Non-human Identities, and continuous authorization. Present in front of internal and external audiences. Partner closely with engineering to develop proactive upgrade strategies. Develop insights into customer deployments and provide recommendations to accelerate feature adoption. Utilize strong communication skills and ability to interface cross-functionally as well as with external customers, field teams, and partners. Qualifications Minimum Education Required: Bachelor’s degree or foreign degree equivalent in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field. Minimum Work Experience Required: 3 years of experience in the Senior Product Manager, or any other related occupation, job title/position. Your Experience / Minimum Skills Required: Designing and deploying IAMs across the following deployment architectures: Cloud Service Providers, Private and public cloud data centers, service provider data center, Large enterprise networks, Financial networks, High-performance computing (HPC). Technology Management. Management Writing. Management Presentation. Sales and Business Development. Hands-on operational (real-world, device and appliance management). Identity Access Management (IAM) - Microsoft Entra-ID, Okta, Active Directory, openLDAP, Ping Identity, Google Identity. Identity standards (SAML, OIDC, SCIM, SSF), RFCs, frameworks, and architectures. The Team We believe collaboration thrives in person. Compensation Disclosure The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/commissioned roles) is expected to be the annual range listed below. The offered compensation may also include restricted stock units and a bonus.
