Overview Microsoft’s Cloud business is expanding, and the Cloud Supply Chain (CSCP) organization is responsible for enabling the hardware infrastructure underlying this growth including AI! CSCP’s vision is to empower customers to achieve more by delivering Cloud and AI capabilities at scale. Our mission is to deliver the world's computer with an industry-leading supply chain. The CSCP organization is responsible for traditional supply chain functions such as plan, source, make, deliver, but also manages supportability (spares), sustainability, and decommissioning of datacenter assets worldwide. We deliver the core infrastructure and foundational technologies for Microsoft's over 200 online businesses including Bing, MSN, Office 365, Xbox Live, OneDrive and the Microsoft Azure platform for external customers. Our infrastructure is supported by more than 300 datacenters around the world that enable services for more than 1 billion customers in over 90 countries. The Supply Chain Product Management (SCPM) organization within CSCP lies at the heart of the effort to build the next-generation Cloud. Each day we build on our values of respect, integrity, and accountability to create a culture of inclusion where everyone can thrive at work and beyond.     Responsibilities Lead the design and development of AI-based data platforms for high-quality, standardized, and curated data to support Microsoft’s expanding AI infrastructure. Drive the execution of an AI-native collaboration platform tailored for seamless interaction with external partners, suppliers, and SI’s. Partner with engineering and business stakeholders to deliver innovative customer-focused solutions. Engage with customers to understand their needs, validate scenarios, obtain feedback, and steer product decisions. Translate business and customer opportunities into clear and actionable product requirements and execution plans. Facilitate cross-functional team alignment by influencing stakeholders and achieving shared objectives. Prioritize investment decisions based on impact, feasibility, and alignment with strategic goals. Define metrics for success and track product performance, communicating key outcomes to leadership. Foster a culture of continual innovation, accountability, and customer-centric decision-making. Identify opportunities for improvement and implement strategies that drive efficiency and innovation. Qualifications Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree AND 5+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development OR equivalent experience. 2+ years of experience with cloud-native technologies or distributed systems.   Other Requirements Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements. These requirements include the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check: Required upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.   Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development OR equivalent experience.  1+ years experience applying AI in supply chain domains. Demonstrated success leading products from design through market launch. Experience in developing data applications and supply chain platforms. Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams in ambiguous, technical operating environments.   #CSCP #CSCPJobs Product Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $119,800 - $234,700 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $160,200 - $261,000 per year.
