Prior experience in regulated industries such as financial services, banking, insurance, or wealth management preferred Strong cross-functional leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to influence without direct authority. Deep understanding of paid, owned, and direct marketing channels and how they interact across the client journey. Data-driven mindset with a client-centric orientation; comfortable navigating ambiguity and evolving priorities. Ability to connect channel performance metrics to broader business outcomes and communicate insights to senior stakeholders. **Candidates that live within a commutable distance from our Tempe, AZ and St. Louis, MO home office locations are expected to work in the office four days per week effective June 1, 2026.
