Senior Nurse Manager- Cardiothoracic ICU   -   ( 260002MR )   Description   Under supervision of the Director, provides clinical and administrative support to staff providing direct/indirect care to patients on a specific unit/units. Responsible on a 24-hour basis for the programmatic, operational and financial management of the unit/program, quality/safety, patient experience, financial management of the assigned unit. Interviews, hires, assigns work to and evaluates work performance of employees supervised.
