Responsibilities SCA Health is currently seeking an Sr. Manager Data Analytics to serve as a strategic advisor, workforce intelligence consultant, and analytics translator for HR and business leaders. This role will enable proactive, data-driven decisions by connecting workforce insights to business outcomes, financial performance, and operational strategy. The Sr. Manager Data Analytics will shift HR from reactive reporting to predictive, insight-driven workforce strategy while building and maintaining governed self-service analytics tools. The role will deliver executive-ready narratives, guide workforce planning and advanced analytics, and partner across HR, analytics, operations, finance, and enterprise data governance. Responsibilities: Serve as the primary strategic advisor to HR leaders on workforce trends, risks, and opportunities. Frame business problems, develop hypotheses, and guide HR teams on the analytics, models, and insights needed to support decisions. Deliver concise, executive-ready narratives and evidence-based recommendations that influence workforce strategy and organizational decision-making. Partner with HR to embed analytics into talent strategy, organizational design, and workforce planning. Lead forecasting, scenario planning, and predictive modeling to anticipate workforce needs and identify trends in turnover, hiring, productivity, engagement, and labor market dynamics. Develop predictive models, AI-driven insights, and advanced analytics solutions that responsibly connect workforce data to business outcomes. Build, maintain, and enhance HR-facing dashboards, analytics tools, and governed self-service products, including product requirements, user stories, adoption strategies, and continuous improvement. Train HR leaders and partners to use self-service tools effectively, increase data literacy, and reduce reliance on ad hoc reporting. Establish workforce metric definitions, data standards, and governance practices, and partner with governance teams to support data quality, consistency, security, and compliance. Conduct periodic deep-dive analyses to support HR strategy, talent initiatives, and workforce planning cycles, translating findings into actionable insights. Build data literacy across HR through coaching, workshops, and consultative support Qualifications Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in analytics, business, human resources, economics, or a related field; master's degree preferred. 7+ years of experience in people analytics, workforce planning, HR strategy, or enterprise analytics. Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and executive-ready recommendations. Experience influencing senior leaders and driving cross-functional initiatives. Familiarity with business intelligence tools such as Tableau or Power BI, SQL concepts, and predictive analytics. Exceptional communication, storytelling, consulting, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Experience in enterprise workforce planning or people analytics strategy preferred. Background in analytics product management, self-service analytics enablement, or governed analytics environments preferred. Understanding of AI and machine learning applications in HR preferred.
