Each center is focused on the same mission—to provide quality dental implant treatment for people who are looking for a long-term solution to chronic dental issues. ​ ClearChoice  Holdings is a provider in practice management services to a network of affiliated same-day dental implant centers.  ClearChoice  provides administrative and non-clinical services to dental implant centers, a network of doctor owned and operated dental treatment centers providing dental implant care ( similar to   ADMI/TAG).   In 2022 we received "Top 150 Places to Work" by the Denver Post.  ​ The Senior Director of Field Performance serves as a key leader responsible for driving   sales   execution, revenue growth,   operational excellence, performance improvement, and leadership effectiveness across the field organization. This role provides   operational and day-to-day management   for the company's   Field Performance and Improvement   Program, ensuring underperforming centers achieve sustainable improvements in operational, financial, and patient experience metrics.   In partnership with   leadership   and   other cross functional teams, the   Sr Dir, Field Performance   executes   and drives adoption of   performance acceleration strategies,   identifies   systemic opportunities for improvement, and drives accountability throughout the field organization. This leader also plays a critical role in the training, development, and ongoing effectiveness of Regional Business Directors (RBDs), strengthening leadership   capability,   and ensuring consistency in performance management practices across the network.   The ideal candidate combines strong business acumen, operational leadership experience, coaching   expertise, and a proven ability to influence outcomes in a multi-site healthcare or service environment.     Essential Duties and Responsibilities   Field   Performance   and   Improvement programs   Directly oversee   a team of   f ield   p erformance   leaders.   Provide   day to day   leadership and   management of network performance improvement programs, including center   selection, performance monitoring, intervention planning, and graduation criteria.   Support the   development   and   execution   of   initiatives designed to improve performance across key   sales,   operational, financial, and patient experience metrics.   Partner with Regional Business Directors, Center leaders, and cross-functional teams to implement targeted improvement strategies.   Monitor program effectiveness and recommend enhancements to   methodology, performance targets, and accountability structures.   Analyze performance data and trends to identify risks, opportunities, and areas requiring additional support.   Build and execute   tailored action plans to accelerate business performance.   Maintain   performance benchmarks,   monitoring   mechanisms, and success metrics.   Ensure sustainable performance gains through effective coaching, follow-up, and accountability processes.   Regional Business Director Development   Partner with Field Leadership to onboard, train, and   coach   Regional Business Directors, regularly assessing developmental gaps and implementing targeted coaching plans as needed.   Support   development programs focused on operational excellence, business acumen, performance management, and coaching effectiveness   to enhance leadership skillset and consistency across all regions.   Support the development   of   tools, resources, and best practices to improve leadership consistency across regions.   Mentor   Regional Business Directors and emerging field leaders.   Partner with and provide coaching to   RBDs in performance management.   Performance Strategy and   Initiative Support   Support the implementation and day - to - day execut ion   of new performance strategies.   Create processes   and   employ effective change management tactics   that drive initiative adoption and execution.   Monitor performance,   identify   barriers,   and coordinate cross-functional solution s.   Leverage data analytics and performance metrics to   provide   recommendations   to support strategic decision making.     Role scope will evolve   based on   business need s.     Success Measures   Success in this role will be measured by:   Elevate Program graduation rates and sustained center performance improvements.   High Opportunity Program growth outcomes.   Enterprise wide   i mprovement in   sales,   operational,   and financial performance metrics   through   RBD development programs.   Successful implementation   and adoption   of performance initiatives and strategic priorities.   Team effectiveness and stakeholder satisfaction.     Qualifications   Required Qualifications   Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Management, or   a closely   related field   (e.g., Organizational   Lead ership,   Health Sciences).   8+ years of progressive leadership experience in multi-site operations, field leadership, business performance, or operational excellence roles.   5+ years of experience leading performance improvement initiatives across multiple locations or regions.   Demonstrated success driving operational and financial results through coaching and leadership development.   Strong analytical, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills.   Excellent communication, presentation, and executive influence skills.   Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.   Willingness and ability to travel extensively (up to 50-75%, as needed).   Preferred Qualifications   Master's degree (MBA, MHA, or related discipline).   Experience in healthcare, dental, medical services, or other multi-unit service organizations.   Experience developing leadership training programs and succession planning initiatives.   Knowledge of performance management systems, operational metrics, and business analytics.     Core Competencies   Strategic Leadership   Performance Improvement   Operational Excellence   Leadership Development   Change Management   Data-Driven Decision Making   Coaching and Mentoring   Business   and Financial   Acumen   Cross-Functional Collaboration   Executive Presence   Influencing Without Authority   Accountability and Results Orientation   Effectively   leverages   AI agents   Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Collaboration Tools ​ Equal Employment Opportunity   The Company is an equal opportunity employer.
