Vacancy Notice Applicants must apply online at  DATE:  September 16, 2026 POSITION: School Counselor LOCATION: Needham Elementary School NUMBER OF DAYS PER YEAR: 184 days  NUMBER OF HOURS PER DAY: 7 � hours per day DUTIES: Utilizing leadership, advocacy, and collaboration, the school counselor will promote student success, provide preventive services, and respond to identified student needs by implementing a comprehensive school counseling program that addresses academic, career, and personal/social development for all students. This position will focus on high-ability students, the internship program, and also college and career readiness for all students.
