Responsibilities Full-time employed position Starting salary of $350,000 Established referral network Supportive administration and clinical staff Opportunity to help grow rheumatology services in the region Collaborative, multidisciplinary medical group Work-life balance with a community-focused practice setting Qualifications Board Certified or Board Eligible in Rheumatology California medical license (or ability to obtain) Strong clinical and communication skills Commitment to quality patient care Pay Transparency Desert Valley Hospital offers competitive compensation and a reasonable compensation estimate for this role is $350,000.  The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
