You'll gain hands-on experience across all age groups — infants through kindergarten — with full support from our team every step of the way. Resource Teacher Key Responsibilities Work across all classrooms supporting children ages 3 months to 6 years Establish and maintain safe, healthy, and nurturing learning environments Support each child's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development Build positive relationships with families and communicate professionally Collaborate with lead and assistant teachers across all age groups Support routine childcare tasks and adhere to all health and safety guidelines Assist with infant care tasks including crib transfers and feeding routines Available Shifts Monday through Friday — school hours only, no nights or weekends 9:00am – 6:00pm 1:00pm – 6:00pm 3:00pm – 6:00pm Flexible scheduling available to accommodate college classes and coursework.
