Job Description Spectrum Healthcare Resources has a potential opportunity for a civilian Psychologist /  Clinical Pain  position at the Veterans Administration Facility in Manhattan and Brooklyn, New York.   The Position will have the following requirements:   Maintain a level of productivity comparable with that of other individuals performing similar services. Participate in peer review and performance improvement activities as requested by the Government.
