Qualifications Required Education   and Experience Bachelor’s degree in applicable field or equivalent combination of education or experience.   Four years of related experience in project  coordination/administration.      Preferred Qualifications   Bachelor's degree in business administration, Public Administration, Higher Education Administration, Planning, Facilities Management, Information Systems, or a related field.  Experience in higher education administration, facilities planning, project management, institutional research, or operations management.  Experience with space inventory systems, scheduling systems, GIS, facilities databases, reporting tools, or business intelligence platforms.  Experience interacting with and supporting committees, governance groups, or executive leadership.    Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities   Ability to multitask and work cooperatively with others.  Knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet applications.   Ability to prioritize, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.  Essential Duties/Tasks   Project Coordination and Management   Coordinates project activities including project initiation, document sharing, work plan development, estimating, and project controls.  Coordinates with vendors and others in the delivery and support for systems and services.  Coordinates multiple work streams to ensure cross-project dependencies and impacts are identified and managed.    Research, Reporting and Documentation   Research, benchmark and tracks databases for assigned projects  Writes reports and other related materials.  Prepares presentations and meeting agendas.    Prospective Engagement   Host prospective executives including visit communication, travel and follow up.  Arranges stakeholder interactions across campus.   Division Event Assistance   Assist leading up to and at events involving the division including but not limited to commencement, groundbreakings, building openings, etc. Who We Are The Office of the Provost at Texas A&M University provides visionary leadership and strategic direction to advance academic excellence, innovation and student success.
