United States - New Jersey Digital, Product Management and Development City Weehawken Job Type Full Time The team The Field and Operational Platforms team is responsible for implementing transformational strategies that provide better tools for our Financial Advisors, support professionals, and clients. You’ll be joining the Client Onboarding team in Weehawken, NJ focused on improving and simplifying the account opening and maintenance experience. We are on a mission to reimagine how clients begin their journey with us, integrating advanced automation, dynamic compliance, and human-like interaction to deliver a seamless, intelligent onboarding experience. Your skills and experience • ideally 7 or more years of experience delivering complex products to clients within the financial industry • bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; advanced degree a plus • experience working in agile environments with strong understanding of agile delivery frameworks and product management • extensive experience writing user stories and customer journeys • data-driven, analytical and innovative mindset to understand the business context and make the right decisions • team player with an enthusiastic and proactive personality, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Deep understanding of client onboarding journeys, regulatory requirements (KYC/AML), and process redesign methodologies • technical expertise / familiarity with agentic AI systems a plus • you’re curious to explore how AI can improve how we build, deliver, and optimize workflows. Salary information The indicative gross base salary range as a full-time equivalent role: • United States - New Jersey - Weehawken min USD 140000 - max USD 180000 /annum The expected salary for this role will be determined by relevant factors which may include but are not limited to, role-required experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level.
