About the opportunity Reporting to the Product Development Manager, the Product Development Estimator is responsible for accurately determining and calculating the materials and trades required for our standard home designs, facades and options. This role plays an important part in ensuring our products are accurately costed and ready for launch across the business.  More specifically, you will: • Analyse standard plans, facades and option documentation to ensure accuracy and consistency • Coordinate amendments with modelling and documentation teams to ensure information is correct prior to design launch • Review supplier quotations to ensure all required items have been captured • Complete bills of quantities (BOQs), pricing activities and other estimating projects • Maintain accurate records and task updates within Wrike • Stay informed of estimating updates and process changes through SharePoint and Teams • Identify and escalate estimating anomalies or discrepancies • Review the work of other team members as required • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support a collaborative team environment  About you You will share a passion for our purpose and be aligned to our core values. In addition, you will demonstrate: • Exceptional computer skills with intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel capability • Outstanding attention to detail and accuracy • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage deadlines and priorities • Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment • Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to your work Highly regarded: • Previous estimating experience within the residential building or construction industry • Knowledge of the Building Code of Australia (BCA) • Building Trade Certificate or Certificate IV in Building and Construction • Experience using BusinessCraft and Companion systems  Interested?
