Preschool Instructional Paraprofessional

The Richfield Public School District is now accepting applications for a Preschool Instructional Paraprofessional at Richfield Dual Language Elementary School (RDLS) beginning the 2026-27 school year.  In Richfield Public Schools, we believe that all students are capable of achieving their dreams with the right educational foundation. Requirements: Must be highly qualified, providing supporting documentation, having 1 of the 3 listed below: 1. Completed two years of study (equaling 60 or more credit hours) from an accredited institution of higher education ( Transcript ). 2. have an Associate's degree or higher from an accredited institution of higher education ( Transcript ). 3. Obtained a passing score on the MN approved assessment ParaPro or ParaEducator exam, both measuring math and reading skills ( Certification ).   Preferred:  Spanish Fluency preferred. Experience working in a Pre-school or similar environment preferred.
