Why you'll love this job This role is part of the Global Sales organization within the Contract & Deal Management Tools team, where you'll help shape the technology that enables our commercial teams to create, negotiate, and execute complex customer agreements. Working closely with business and technology partners, you'll lead the implementation and enhancement of strategic tools that support deal design, contract lifecycle management, and sales process transformation. You'll play a key role in delivering innovative solutions that improve the experience of our internal customers and drive business growth.  What you'll do As noted above, this list is intended to reflect the current job but there may be additional essential functions (and certainly non-essential job functions) that are not referenced.  Management will modify the job or require other tasks be performed whenever it is deemed appropriate to do so, observing, of course, any legal obligations including any collective bargaining obligations. Acts as a liaison with technology providers to develop and manage implementation project plans and configuration processes within established timeframes  Analyzes and gathers business requirements for multiple corporate initiatives simultaneously  Prioritizes requirements (user stories), provides risk analysis, and provides project documentation in Visio, Excel, and PowerPoint  Works closely with stakeholders to ensure reasonable timelines are set, reviews and approves product design, coordinates quality assurance, reviews and  prioritizes defects, provides approval and sign off of builds, and oversees implementations  Performs user acceptance testing (UAT) for application software upgrades and maintenance on a regular basis  Coordinates demos to stakeholders (all levels of management)  Critically analyzes and evaluates information gathered from multiple sources to create documentation  Conducts requirement and test plan reviews and ensures requirements and test documentation is approved in accordance with audit standards  Understands expectations that were set with the business unit(s)  Creates end user training documents and materials, supports internal and external users by answering inquiries via email and provide training as needed  Create PowerBI reports and CRM dashboard views for end users  All you'll need for success Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience/training 3 years or more in project management, improving customer satisfaction   Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience Experience with project and technical defect tracking tools such as Rally   Skills, Licenses & Certifications Experience in analyzing system and business processes, improving customer satisfaction, reducing cost and increasing revenue  Skilled at driving organizational change through the integration of people, process, and technology  Demonstrated expertise in any CLM or CPQ platform such as Conga or Pros  Ability to assemble information, extract pertinent facts, draw logical conclusions, and present recommendations aligning with tools used in Global Sales  Strong aptitude for problem solving and analytics, and the ability to transform requirements into process flows and to analyze data for problem solving using tools such as Visio and Excel  What you'll get Feel free to take advantage of all that American Airlines has to offer:  Travel Perks: Ready to explore the world?
