As a Level II Trauma Center, we are recognized for clinical excellence and innovation across multiple specialties, including: Orthopedics Neurosciences Women’s Health Heart & Vascular Care Cancer Care What We’re Looking For Licensed pharmacy technician with strong operational knowledge Experience in Specialty Pharmacy (preferred) Collaborative leadership style and commitment to patient care Scope of work Maintains accountability for the supervision and operation of a specific area of expertise. Promotes team efforts to manage and achieve departmental objectives. Coordinates process improvement activities, resolves human capital issues, and assists with program development in area of accountability. Works with multiple medication automation systems. Ensures department and personnel compliance with current regulations. Qualifications Associate’s degree or equivalent Required. Two years of relevant pharmacy (senior, lead or supervisory) experience Required. 2 years of relevant CPhT experience in a hospital pharmacy Preferred. MI Pharmacy Technician (RPhT) Required.
