Personnel Security Specialist ( PerSS ) – Senior     Work Location:  Washington, DC   Employment Type:  Full-Time, Senior-Level   Department:  Administrative and Logistics Support   CGS is seeking a skilled Personnel Security Specialist (PerSS) – Senior to support mission-critical operations for a federal client.   Skills and attributes for success:   Conduct background investigations and manage personnel security clearance processes.   Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders.   Analyze operational challenges and recommend improvements.   Develop documentation, reports, and deliverables supporting mission  objectives.   Support continuous improvement, compliance, and operational efficiency.   Qualifications:   Minimum of Over 10 years of relevant experience.   Active DoD Top Secret/SCI.     Our Commitment:     Contact Government Services (CGS) strives to simplify and enhance government bureaucracy through the optimization of human, technical, and financial resources.
