Job Description 1. Work Tickets & Data Management • Create daily Project Crew tickets • Update dates for recurring biweekly/monthly jobs • Complete and close all work tickets accurately • Verify job details, hours, and billing accuracy • Track extra services and special requests in spreadsheet • Flag missing information and follow up with team members 2. Customer Service • Follow up with clients after services are completed • Log feedback, issues, or requests from management 3. Supply & Inventory Coordination • Create and maintain log books for each location • Close out supply orders and ensure proper billing 4. Platform Management • Daily updates in ServiceChannel, Fexa, Worksmith (training will be provided) • Ensure purchase orders have correct amounts • Assist with reporting and documentation 5. HR Support (As Needed) • Conduct interviews for custodial technician candidates • Support onboarding of new hires KEY REQUIREMENTS: In-office position, Monday through Friday 8am-1p m (some flexibility when needed) 2 -3 years professional office experience 2 year degree / 4 year degree preferred Bi-lingual ( English-Spanish ), is a must. Strong c ustomer s ervice, detail- oriented and strong communication skills (email, phone). Results-oriented: the ability to resolve challenges and emergencies at a moment's notice. Multi task -oriented: The ability to handle multiple projects at a time. Customer-focused with a can-do approach to problem-solving. Ability to work independently and also in a collaborative environment. Basic knowledge of computer applications and software applications (Intermediate ability in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook) Ability to learn and navigate various software programs (training will be provided for proprietary software programs) Applicants must be 18 years of age or older to be considered for employment
