About the role

The Internal Communications Content and Editorial Manager leads editorial strategy, planning and execution across Stellantis’ internal communications channels. This role ensures employee communications are timely, relevant, engaging and aligned with company priorities.    Combining strong storytelling and editorial judgment with audience insights and performance data, the Editorial Manager shapes what stories we tell, how and where we tell them, and how we continuously improve. The role partners closely with communications teams, business leaders and functional partners across North America and Global Internal Communications to create a coordinated and compelling employee communications experience.    Key Responsibilities:    Editorial Strategy & Planning  Develop and execute an internal editorial strategy aligned with business priorities, employee needs and communications objectives.  Lead editorial planning and prioritization, applying strong judgment to determine the appropriate audience, channel, timing and storytelling approach.  Partner with Global Internal Communications and regional communicators to elevate North American stories and align with broader enterprise priorities.  Use audience insights and performance data to continuously optimize content strategy, cadence and channel approach.    Content & Storytelling  Write, edit and publish clear, compelling content across internal channels, translating complex business information into communications employees can understand and act on.  Proactively identify and develop employee-centric stories that highlight our people, culture, products, customers and business impact, with representation across regions, facilities and employee populations.  Support leadership and executive communications around key business priorities and organizational initiatives.  Maintain consistent editorial standards, tone and voice across internal communications.    Audience & Channel Strategy  Develop an audience-first approach that considers the needs of different employee populations, functions, facilities and geographies.  Help define and optimize the role of the intranet, email, employee social platforms and other channels to improve employee awareness, engagement and participation.    Cross-Functional Partnership & Editorial Counsel  Serve as a trusted advisor to communications colleagues, business partners and stakeholders on effective employee communications strategies.  Build strong relationships across Corporate Communications, Brand Communications, HR and other functions to identify communications needs and opportunities earlier in the planning process.  Establish effective processes for content intake, lead times, approvals and publishing.  Coordinate across stakeholders to ensure communications are accurate, aligned and delivered effectively, exercising sound judgment on sensitive or high-visibility topics.    Employee Engagement & Advocacy  Identify opportunities to drive meaningful employee interaction and engagement beyond traditional content consumption.  Coordinate editorial content with employee engagement, internal social and advocacy programs to ensure alignment with company messaging and communications standards.    Measurement & Optimization  Establish and monitor content performance metrics across internal communications channels.  Analyze employee engagement, audience behavior and content trends to understand what is resonating and where opportunities exist.  Use insights and performance data to continually optimize content strategy, channel mix, publishing cadence and storytelling approaches.  Develop regular reporting and share actionable insights with communications partners and leadership.    Key Skills & Competencies  Exceptional writing, editing and storytelling  Internal Basic Qualifications:   Bachelor's degree or higher in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or related field 7+ years of combined experience in communications, journalism, or public relations  Strategic storyteller with strong media instincts and deep understanding of the auto industry  Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, visual graphics) with proven ability to translate technical content into clear, relatable and inspiring messages   Strategic thinker and problem solver open to new ideas and challenging status-quo  Collaborative, team player with proven ability to successfully work cross functionally  Strong work ethic, energetic, flexible and proactive  Positive attitude with ability to effectively navigate a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment  Ability to create programs using measurement to guide decision making    Preferred Qualifications:  National
