Manager Facilities - Plant Operations

About the role

Reports to Director of Facilities and is responsible for supervising both Engineering and Maintenance staff.  Coordinates the activity necessary for maintaining and repairing all buildings, equipment, and utility systems. Involved in all construction and remodel projects to ensure integrity of all the systems within the hospital.  Maintains and oversees the preventative maintenance program to ensure that all equipment is satisfactorily maintained in order to maximize its life and dependability, as well as ensuring complete and accurate records.  Assumes responsibility of Director in his absence. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.     3 years Supervisory experience. Posted are the minimum and the maximum wage rates on the wage range for this position.  The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
