Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)  Come join our team and make a difference! WeCare at Avalon Springs Care Center, located at 745 Greenville Road, Mercer, PA, 16137 is actively seeking dedicated LPNs to add to our growing team! we are looking for FT nights!  Our LPN's provide essential nursing care, including monitoring patient health, administering medications, assisting with daily activities, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure quality resident care. Assist in implementing patient’s treatment plan under direction of the Registered Nurse. Complete required documentation in an accurate and timely manner. Supervise, administer and or assist with medications. Provide direct care of residents as necessary. Follow the plan of care for each resident. Ensure the residents care standards are maintained. Report to the Director of Nursing.
