This position will assess member needs, identify emerging trends, coordinate speakers and learning events, facilitate district meetings, and help deliver conferences, workshops, webinars, and other educational programs. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree plus two years of related experience; four additional years of related experience may substitute for a bachelor’s degree. Experience working in or with county government preferred. Strong communication, relationship-building, organizational, and project management skills. Understanding of adult learning principles and experience with virtual meeting and learning technologies. Valid Minnesota driver’s license required. Starting salary expected to be $70,000–$80,000, depending on qualifications. Based in St. Paul with potential for hybrid work. Applications accepted until filled; first review October 5, 2026.
