Lead Quality Assurance Technician

Description Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Lead Quality Assurance Technicians for projects located in or around Seattle, WA.  This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is $36-$41/hour based on experience and skill level.  If you are a Quality Assurance Technician and want to work alongside other proven craftsmen who emphasize safety, productivity and superior craftsmanship, this is your chance to advance your career!    Job Scope:     Oversee the quality program from production through final inspection Lead, mentor, and develop the Quality Assurance team Maintain and improve quality management systems, procedures, and documentation Establish inspection, testing, and auditing processes Review quality data and performance trends to identify improvement opportunities Investigate non-conformances, determine root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions Coordinate internal and external audits Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and customer requirements Partner with production, engineering, purchasing, and suppliers to resolve quality concerns Review technical drawings and customer specifications Develop quality reports, metrics, and documentation Provide training and guidance on quality standards and best practices Report to on-site manager Requirements: Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in Quality Assurance within a manufacturing environment Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and decision-making skills Experience interpreting engineering drawings and technical documentation Knowledge of quality systems, inspection methods, and statistical process control Familiarity with regulated manufacturing and customer compliance requirements Experience with metal manufacturing, finishing, or precision components highly preferred Knowledge of aerospace quality standards and FAA-regulated environments is a plus Excellent communication and organizational skills Strong attention to detail Company Details Tradesmen International not only offers consistent work, top pay, and employment opportunities, we also provide a benefits package that is among the best in the industry.
