Because at UKG, your work matters—and so do you.  Job Summary: The Senior Treasury Financial Analyst is a key member of the Capital Markets team within the Corporate Treasury department, with responsibilities related to cash, investments, float income, forecasting, analysis and reporting. The role includes organizational and operational aspects of investment management, monthly and quarterly financial variance analysis, and related management reporting. Primary/Essential Duties and Key Responsibilities: • Develop, maintain, and enhance cash, liquidity, investment, and float income forecast models across multiple global entities and planning horizons. • Perform liquidity, cash flow, minimum balance, scenario, and stress-testing analyses to support forecasting and investment decisions. • Prepare financial analyses, variance explanations, KPIs, scenario analyses, and management reporting, including identification of key trends and drivers. • Source, manage, and validate large data sets used in liquidity, investment, and financial reporting for senior management and the Board. • Maintain long-term investment portfolio amortization schedules and track individual investments to stay abreast of maturing or called investments. • Perform related monthly submissions to accounting to accurately capture all excess liquidity portfolio activity • Assist in information gathering and administration of all reinvestment calls, incorporating current market and portfolio conditions • Monitor interest rates, Federal Reserve policy, economic conditions, and market developments to inform investment selection, reinvestment decisions, and forecast assumptions. • Manage and validate data sets used for analysis and reporting. • Maintain treasury databases and reporting tools, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and reliability. • Support the Investment Policy Compliance process by tracking, monitoring and reporting investments to ensure that they fall within set parameters • Work closely and collaborate with FP&A to deliver various forecasts and variance analysis, and work with financial reporting for quarterly submission of schedules in support of quarterly and annual financial filings • Assist in preparation for and management of monthly or quarterly Investment Committee meetings • Identify and implement best practices and innovative solutions to enhance reporting efficiency and effectiveness. • Participate in various Treasury related projects and partner with global teams for providing requisite information and documentation. Required Qualifications: (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities) • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or economics or other analytical field • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Corporate Treasury, Corporate Finance or FP&A performing forecast modeling and variance analysis for cash, investments, balance sheet, and/or P&L • Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and develop practical solutions. • Advanced working knowledge in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling and statistical techniques • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to organize and present financial analysis to senior management. • Self-directed, adaptable, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize multiple responsibilities while meeting tight deadlines and collaborating effectively across stakeholders. • Proficient in analyzing financial statements, calculating key financial ratios and performing detailed analyses • Solid understanding of financial markets, various investment vehicles, interest rates and impacts on the economy • Experience with investment management and analysis, financial analysis, bank and investment balance reporting • Forecasting system experience (IBM Cognos TM1 or similar system) Preferred Qualifications: • Treasury Management System (TMS) experience is a plus • Microsoft Dynamics 365 or other ERP system experience is a plus Understand debt covenant compliance, debt financing, credit agreements and related terminology Company Overview:   UKG is the Workforce Operating Platform that puts workforce understanding to work. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and work location. In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible to participate in a performance-based bonus plan and to receive restricted stock unit awards as part of total compensation.
