Job Summary The Lead Development Director is a business development role and is responsible for generating new enterprise client opportunities and building a qualified sales pipeline for MSP, VMS, and workforce solutions. This role focuses on outbound prospecting, lead generation, and scheduling high-quality meetings with healthcare decision-makers. The Lead Development Director partners closely with Business Development leaders to support revenue growth by identifying client needs, positioning solutions, and driving early-stage client engagement across MSP, VMS, and workforce solutions offerings. Location: Dallas, TX (Hybrid 2 days/week in office) Key Responsibilities Lead Generation & Prospecting Generate qualified enterprise-level leads through outbound calls, referrals, networking, and marketing campaigns focused on healthcare systems, workforce solutions, MSP, and VMS opportunities Identify and engage healthcare organizations and decision-makers, including Director and C-level stakeholders Conduct outreach to secure discovery meetings and presentations for Business Development leaders Pipeline Development & CRM Management Maintain accurate and up-to-date client and pipeline data in Salesforce Track outreach activity, pipeline progression, and meeting outcomes Partner with marketing and sales teams to develop targeted outbound strategies and campaigns Client Engagement & Qualification Conduct discovery conversations to understand client needs, current state, and challenges related to contingent workforce management, staffing programs, and workforce solutions Educate prospective clients on workforce solutions programs (MSP, VMS, RPO, and technology solutions) Identify opportunities aligned to cost reduction, operational efficiency, and quality of care improvements Facilitate introductions between qualified prospects and internal Business Development leadership Cross-Sell & Market Awareness Collaborate with internal teams to identify cross-selling opportunities across service offerings Stay informed on market trends, client needs, and competitive positioning within healthcare staffing and workforce solutions Education & Years of Experience Required Qualifications High School Diploma/GED and 2–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or lead generation Experience with outbound prospecting, cold calling, or pipeline development Experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) to manage leads and activity Proven ability to meet or exceed activity or performance metrics (calls, meetings set, pipeline) Strong communication skills with ability to engage business and healthcare stakeholders Preferred Qualifications Experience in MSP, VMS, workforce solutions, healthcare staffing, or healthcare services Familiarity with workforce solutions programs (MSP, VMS, RPO, healthcare technology) Experience engaging senior-level or C-suite stakeholders Exposure to consultative sales or solution-based selling environments Key Skills & Competencies Lead generation & outbound prospecting Pipeline development & CRM management (Salesforce) Discovery & needs assessment Consultative sales approach Healthcare workforce solutions, MSP/VMS, and staffing industry knowledge Cross-functional collaboration Work Environment / Physical Requirements Work is performed in an office/home office environment.
