Kadlec is offering a $4,000 Hiring Bonus for eligible external candidates who meet all conditions for payment.   Under the general supervision of the Supervisor, Phlebotomy (or Supervisor, Point of Care, or Supervisor, Clinical Laboratory) performs and reports waived and moderately complex laboratory tests in chemistry, hematology and microbiology; Processes specimens for clinical analysis, phlebotomy; Assists the technologists; Reacts to change productivity; and handles other tasks as assigned.  Ages of Patients: Infants to geriatrics. Posted are the minimum and the maximum wage rates on the wage range for this position.  The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
