What you’ll do Manage and maintain customer and product data, helping ensure accurate information on beauty products, promotions, inventory, and account performance to support business decisions Support key customer relationships by partnering with account managers to help deliver an exceptional customer experience Analyze sales & business trends to identify growth opportunities and provide actionable insights Create presentations & business reviews that bring customer performance and recommendations to life Collaborate across teams including Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Supply Chain to support customer needs and business initiatives Contribute to strategic projects such as product launches, promotional programs, and account growth plans What makes you a good fit Currently working towards a bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Marketing, or similar Strengths in relationship building, collaborating with others, and creating great customer experiences Curiosity about learning how big brands grow, solve challenges, and win with customers Ability to keep multiple projects moving while staying positive in a fast-paced environment Intermediate level experience with Excel (pivots, lookups, etc.) and PowerPoint to dig into numbers, spot opportunities, and bring ideas to life through presentations and recommendations  Strong interest in the beauty industry Some perks of joining Henkel as an intern Exciting projects that allow you to make real impact and collaborate with Henkel colleagues worldwide. This is the rate that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range.
