Overview Quartz is seeking one intern to join our IT Service Desk team from June through August 2027. This paid internship offers hands-on experience supporting employees, troubleshooting technology issues, and contributing to IT projects in a professional Service Desk environment. Responsibilities may include:  Provide support for Microsoft Windows 11 and Microsoft 365 applications while building technical troubleshooting skills  Manage and resolve support tickets using ServiceNow  Explore automation tools such as Power Automate and PowerShell to support process improvements and operational efficiency  Create and maintain knowledge base articles and user documentation to support self-service solutions  You'll also build knowledge of:  Health insurance products and operations  Regulatory requirements  Industry trends and competitive dynamics  Professional communication and workplace best practices  Time management and project prioritization  Qualifications To be considered for this opportunity, candidates must:  Demonstrated interest in IT Service Desk or Technical Support as a possible career path  Graduate between December 2027 and May 2028   Ability to work 40 hours per week from June to August 2027  Must live within a 1-hour radius of Madison, WI and be willing to travel to headquarters daily from June to August   Attend the summer intern program kickoff and retreat ( June 1-4, 2027 ), and final intern presentation (Late July/Early August)  Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States without requiring work visa sponsorship from Quartz, now or in the future    Hardware and equipment will be provided by the company, but candidates must have access to high-speed, non-satellite Internet to successfully work from home.   We offer an excellent benefit and compensation package, opportunity for career advancement and a professional culture built on the foundations of Respect, Responsibility, Resourcefulness and Relationships.
