IT Operations Intern

About the role

The Allied Solutions internship program is a robust and consistent internship program for juniors and seniors. The program will focus on learning and development as well as hands-on experience. The program will immerse the intern into a broad range of responsibilities, allowing you to execute projects within your area of professional interests. Interested applicants must be available during the 12-week program (May 17th – Aug. 6th, 2027). This is a full-time internship (40-hours per week) based at our headquarters in Carmel, IN. The IT Operations Intern will directly assist the ETG Operations Department with a wide range of projects related to IT systems and application support. In this position, the intern will gain a better understanding of the role and gain hands on experience for them to be better prepared to work in the area of IT Operations. Job Duties and Responsibilities Server System Support and Maintenance Application Support and Maintenance Network Operations Monitoring (NOC) Maintaining documentation and runbooks Qualifications (Education, Experience, Certifications & KSA )   Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program as a rising Junior or Senior, pursuing a degree in Information systems, Business Technology, or a related field.     Ability to manage deadlines Ability to multitask Strong written and oral communication skills Ability to prioritize We offer our employees a robust compensation package!
