All applicants must be able to   work  up to five days in the office if needed (for example: emergencies, training, or other business needs) or should the policy change.   The IT Manager – SAP Delivery Lead will provide day-to-day execution leadership for the Finance and Accounting Reinvention (FAR) program, a business transformation initiative focused on modernizing finance and accounting processes, implementing SAP S/4HANA on RISE, strengthening data and controls, and enabling a future-ready operating model. This role will serve as the primary IT delivery leader responsible for aligning business, technology, system integrator, business advisor, architecture, data, integration, testing, security, and change teams around a single execution plan. The SAP Delivery Lead will be accountable for driving execution across a large, multi-year transformation program with significant business, regulatory, technology, and operational impact. The successful candidate will bring 15–20 years of progressive experience leading complex enterprise technology programs, preferably in finance transformation, ERP modernization, SAP delivery, utility operations, or regulated industries. This role requires strong delivery discipline, executive communication, cross-functional leadership, vendor management, and the ability to translate strategic business outcomes into coordinated program execution. Essential Functions:  Lead end-to-end IT delivery execution for the FAR program, including planning, requirements, design, build, integration, testing, cutover, deployment, hyper care, and stabilization. Partner with Finance, Accounting, IT, Enterprise Architecture, Cybersecurity, Data, Infrastructure, Integration, and Change Management teams to ensure coordinated delivery across all workstreams. Drive execution across Agile Release Trains and workstreams, including Configuration, Integration and Edge Systems, Enablement, Data, Analytics, Reporting and AI, and Change Management. Translate FAR business objectives into executable plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and decisions that support timely program delivery. Manage delivery performance against scope, schedule, budget, quality, resource plans, and business outcomes. Coordinate vendor delivery across the System Integrator, Business Advisor/Oversight partner, software vendors, and internal teams to maintain accountability and alignment. Establish and maintain strong governance disciplines, including program reviews, delivery routines, issue escalation, decision tracking, dependency management, and executive reporting. Ensure technology delivery supports fit-to-standard design principles, clean-core architecture, integration rationalization, data quality, regulatory compliance, SOX controls, auditability, and long-term platform sustainability. Work closely with business and technology leaders to resolve delivery blockers, manage competing priorities, and maintain momentum toward the 2028 production go-live target. Support organizational readiness by partnering with business leads, change teams, training teams, and operations to prepare users for future-state processes, systems, roles, and ways of working. Technical Knowledge/Skill/Education/Licenses/Certifications: Technical Knowledge/Skill:   Executive delivery leadership: Communicates clearly with senior leaders, escalates issues early, and keeps the program focused on business outcomes. Execution discipline: Converts strategy into detailed plans, accountability structures, milestones, and measurable progress. Business partnership: Builds trust with Finance and Accounting leaders and ensures technology delivery enables process reinvention, not just system replacement. Systems thinking: Understands how SAP, data, integrations, edge systems, security, controls, reporting, and operations connect across the enterprise. Risk and issue management: Anticipates problems, drives mitigation plans, and removes blockers before they impact schedule or value realization. Change leadership: Helps teams adopt new ways of working and supports the workforce transition required to sustain transformation benefits. Education:   Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications preferred.                           Experience:              10 - 12 years of progressive experience in IT delivery, program management, enterprise transformation, ERP implementation, or large-scale business technology modernization. Proven experience serving as a Delivery Lead, Program Manager, IT Program Lead, or similar role on complex, multi-year transformation programs. Experience delivering SAP S/4HANA, finance transformation, ERP modernization, or large integrated platform programs is strongly preferred. Strong understanding of enterprise delivery lifecycle activities, including requirements, design, build, testing, integration, deployment, cutover, hyper care, and production transition. Demonstrated ability to lead matrixed teams across business, IT, vendors, architecture, security, data, integrations, testing, and operations. Experience with Agile delivery at scale, SAFe, hybrid delivery models, or large program governance structures. Strong vendor management experience, including managing deliverables, dependencies, risks, quality, and accountability across external partners. Experience operating in regulated environments with strong controls, compliance, audit, cybersecurity, and risk management expectations.               Licenses & Certifications:    None Working Conditions: Must be available to work emergency restoration assignment as required. Salary is commensurate with your experience. This position is eligible for a potential incentive.
