Job Details Kettering Health Information System Support | Miamisburg | Full-Time | First  Shift Responsibilities & Requirements The IT Analyst II supports, maintains, and enhances healthcare applications and systems to ensure reliable and effective technology solutions for clinical and business operations. This role analyzes user needs, troubleshoots application issues, and collaborates with stakeholders to improve system performance, data integrity, and compliance. Performs other duties as assigned. All job responsibilities are to be carried out in alignment with Kettering Health's mission, vision, values, and B Safe program.Associate’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in information technology, healthcare applications, or systems analysis.Ability to obtain applicable vendor or application certifications within one year of hire, if required by assigned applications. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. Experience supporting healthcare applications or electronic health records (EHR), such as Epic. Epic Certification, ITIL Foundations, or other relevant technical certifications.
