About the Practice Saratoga Medical Associates, part of Community Care Physicians (CCP), is a well-established and respected adult primary care practice located in beautiful Saratoga Springs, NY. Must be currently board certified by an American Board of Medical Specialties (ABMS) Member Board or an approved American Osteopathic Association (AOA) specialty board. Upcoming new graduates will still be considered in a board eligible status.
