University Home Care Inc is seeking a compassionate and dedicated In Home Visit Registered Nurse to provide exceptional nursing care to clients in their homes in Livonia, MI. Responsibilities Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes, including assessment, treatment, and medication administration. Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with patients, families, and healthcare teams. Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary to ensure optimal health outcomes. Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatments, and self-care techniques. Document all patient interactions, treatments, and outcomes accurately and timely according to company standards. Coordinate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care. Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to all regulatory and compliance standards. Requirements Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Michigan. Previous experience in home health nursing visits or related field preferred. Excellent clinical assessment, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule. Reliable transportation to travel to patients’ homes within Livonia, MI. Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care.
